PROJECT
TURNAROUND  MSI
frequently works with clients to fix large (US$20,000,000) IT projects
that have exceeded their budgets by a factor of four and are taking
twice as long as originally estimated. The root causes of these situations
are generally scope creep and/or poor project discipline. MSI personnel
perform a diagnostic review of the project and then recommend procedures
to recover value from the project or recommend canceling the project.
In the event the project is recoverable MSI will recommend specific steps to be followed. In many cases the MSI provides a project manager to guide the project through the turnaround phase |
